Kristin will be holding another volunteer day in Greenway Heights Park from 8-11 am on Saturday August 15th (we are offering an early start time for those who want to beat the heat—stay for as long as you wish! So far it looks like the weather will be a bit cooler than earlier in the week). Volunteers will be loading a dumpster with previously cut invasives and taking out invasives in an area that was cleared of Trees of Heaven last year.  Kristin will have tools and gloves for everyone but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.  As always, dress to protect yourselves from thorns and insects.  Wear long sleeves and pants, sturdy shoes and socks that cover your ankles and you can tuck your pant legs into.  Don’t forget to bring water to drink.  Meet Kristin to the left of 8309 Hunting Hill Lane.  You can contact her at kdubelier@gmail.com if you have questions or need more information.
