We are hosting a workday in Greenway Heights Park on Saturday May 30th, from 10 AM to 12 PM.  Volunteers will be removing invasives, including in an area in which a grove of Trees of Heaven was felled last year.  Tools and gloves will be available for everyone but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.  Dress to protect yourselves from insects and thorns (long sleeves, socks and long pants, sturdy shoes) - and don’t forget water to drink.  Meet Kristin to the left of 8309 Hunting Hill Lane in McLean.  You can contact her at kdubelier@gmail.com if you have questions or need more information.
