Volunteer with MTF!

Removing invasives!

Join us at McLean Central Park for an afternoon of removing invasive vines from trees in order to save the tree canopy. No experience necessary. Meet at the McLean library parking lot.

We will teach you how to distinguish native from invasive vines. Wear long pants and sleeves, heavy shoes to walk though woods and bring water to drink. Bring gloves and pruning clippers if you have them. If not, we will lend you some.

Contact us to sign up and get more information.
